AoE Drift

Finally, after who knows how long of slacking, I get Drift's human form drawn up. To be honest, I was a little afraid of drawing his helmet for fear of screwing it up, but I added it anyway and was thankful that I did because I love how it came out. The protective flaps and the helmet crest were a little challenging, but I pulled it off. Since Drift is one of those oriental types, I figured this background suited him quite nicely, but the water transparency was a bit hard to get right. I actually saved the feet for last, not including background design, because I was debating what kind of footwear he would have. I figured since I gave ninja Prowl boots, why not do the same with Drift? It wasn't until after I inked in the boots that I thought about Weiss the Immaculate from Dirge of Cerberus and how he was pretty much a samurai wearing boots, so I guess I saved myself on that. As for the katana, I'm guessing they only look like they're different lengths because of the angles in which they are being held. I both love and hate optical illusions for that very reason. I'm gonna try to finish working on human designs for the rest of the Autobots before trying to get to the Dinobots, or I can work on Galvatron or Stinger. But I want to save the Dinobots for last, Prime also.
